You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Company Services, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Product Descriptions:
Bruce's attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Bruce's does not warrant that product descriptions or other content to be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Bruce's itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing:
With respect to items sold by Bruce's, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order it. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Bruce's is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
Online Payment Processing Terms and Conditions:
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") carefully before continuing your use of this Web Site for online payment processing. These Terms shall govern your use of the Web Site and apply to all Internet traffic visiting the Web Site. By accessing or using this Web Site, you agree to abide by these Terms. Your use of this Web Site signifies you agree to abide by these Terms.
Online Payment Services:
The online payment services (hereafter collectively "WebPay" and "WebAutoPay") are provided as a convenient method to make lease payments but do not alter or modify the terms of your agreement. Bruce's assumes no responsibility for providing access to, or maintaining the Web Site. If the Web Site is unavailable for any reason, the customer remains responsible for making timely renewal payments on or before the scheduled due date. Payments received after the due date will be applied as Non-Discounted Late Payments in the amount specified in the lease agreement. Customers using online payment processing to make their payments are required to pay each agreement on which a payment is made, in full. You may not use online payment processing to make a payment for less than the total amount owed for the next renewal period for each agreement selected for WebPay/WebAutoPay.
We reserve the right to restrict the us of and/or discontinue the accepting Online Payments at any time, for any reason, without prior written notice. We may send notification of termination of these services at any time after the termination is effective.
WebPay Terms and Conditions:
By authorizing a payment in WebPay, you are authorizing Bruce's to make a one-time debit to the bank or card account you designate in the amount due for your selected agreements. Upon completion of a payment, Bruce's will provide a receipt indicating the amount debited at your direction by means of an e-mail message to the address you have provided.
Payments will be debited from your designated bank or card account on or after the date you elect to make the WebPay payment. If you need to update your card or bank account information at any time, you may update your banking information online through Bruce's Pay Online link at https://brucesrenttoown.com.
WebAutoPay Terms and Conditions:
WebAutoPay is a seperate service than AutoPay. To update, modify, enroll, or discontinue AutoPay you must contact the store directly.
By enrolling in WebAutoPay, you are authorizing Bruce's to debit the bank or card account you designate each renewal period to pay automatically the amount due for each agreement you have enrolled. Upon completion of each scheduled payment, Bruce's will provide a receipt indicating the amount and date of the payment that was automatically debited by means of an e-mail message to the address you have provided.
Automatic payments will be debited from your designated bank or card account on or after the date you elect to make the automatic payment. If you need to update your card or bank account information at any time, you may update your banking information online through Bruce's Pay Online link at https://brucesrenttoown.com.
To cancel an WebAutoPay payment, you will need to login online through Bruce's Pay Online link at https://brucesrenttoown.com and deselect the agreement at least one (1) business day before the transaction is scheduled to occur. You may change or cancel scheduled payments up to one (1) day before the scheduled payment date. Same day payments cannot be cancelled. You may opt out of WebAutoPay at any time; however, changes may take up to one (1) day to take effect. Your WebAutoPay program enrollment will remain active and in effect until you cancel or until an WebAutoPay scheduled payment is unsuccessful due to unavailability of funds for any reason. To cancel any WebAutoPay election or to update any account information, login online through Bruce's Pay Online link https://brucesrenttoown.com.

Refund Policy:
If you return any item before the end of the term specified in your agreement no refund shall be issued. In the event your application is denied we will refund the start fee.

Bruce's shall not liable if (1) you fail to use the WebAutoPay program properly; or (2) you do not request or otherwise initiate or cancel a recurring or one-time payment sufficiently in advance of your payment due date; or (3) your financial institution refuses to honor the debt; or (4) your instructions are lost or delayed in transmission to us; or (5) a reasonable security concern, such as an unauthorized use, causes us not to process the payment; or (6) your account is closed; or (7) the WebAutoPay program has been terminated or suspended.
These terms and conditions do not supersede, modify or in any way mitigate your obligation to be bound by and comply with all applicable tariffs, rules or regulations related to your agreement.
Under no circumstances shall Bruce's be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages or for the loss of profit, revenue or data, which arise from, or is related to WebPay or WebAutoPay.
